Young Adults
Are you sorting through questions about gender, sexuality, and identity? Are you struggling to navigate schools, workplaces, relationships, or family systems that weren’t built with you in mind? Are you trying to work through complicated, intersecting identities, or general confusion?
Young adulthood is full of transition—new environments, new expectations, and new decisions. I bring thirty years of experience mentoring, supporting, and celebrating LGBTQ+ young adults, and I offer a space where you can explore freely and build confidence in your own direction.
You deserve the specialized guidance that meets you where you are -- and supports where you want to go.
As we work together, we might explore:
-
Understanding your gender identity or sexual orientation
-
Navigating dysphoria or uncertainty about your body
-
Understanding sexual, erotic, and romantic attractions
-
Sorting through mixed, confusing, or shifting feelings
-
Trying out new names, pronouns; exploring gender presentation
-
Transitioning
-
Finding or strengthening queer/trans community and support networks
-
Coming out to friends, family, partners, or communities
-
Handling misgendering, microaggressions, or unsafe social environments
-
Understanding the intersections of gender, culture, race, family expectations, or religion
-
Managing dating and relationships with more clarity and confidence
-
Negotiating gendered systems in school, work, or community spaces

Gender coaching is different from therapy
Coaching involves guidance, support, mentorship, and interactive gender education that helps you explore gender identity and sexual orientation and navigate real-world systems with confidence. Unlike therapists or medical providers, gender coaches do not diagnose, treat, or provide clinical care. Instead, they focus on self-discovery, personal growth, and practical skill-building. For support with mental health conditions, please consult a licensed mental health provider.
