Coming Out
Coming out can be exhilarating and liberating, or stressful and frightening—or a complicated mix of emotions. I offer a warm, educational, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your identity and navigate the coming-out process in ways that feel safe, grounded, and authentic. I offer guidance through every stage of the coming-out process – whether you are at the initial stages of questioning, sorting through emotions and labels, or ready to practice scripts for telling specific people in your life. I will help you prepare for the range of emotional reactions you may encounter and the stages of emotional and cognitive processing people in your life may experience so that you can move forward with greater confidence.
